American Goju Ryu Karate System

    Gary Boyd has been in the martial arts for over 30 years and is a 9th degree Black Belt. He started at the age of 17 under Lou Angel, then went on to study under Peter Urban. Both Mr. Angle and Peter Urban were students of Gogen Yamagchi.
    Gary was able to train in free fighting with some of the best free fighters of this time such as Joe Lewis and Bill Wallace, both Champion fighters.
    In this series of videos, Gary will teach you all the techniques and kata's for the requirements of White - Black. You will then have the complete system of American Goju-Ryu
